Fresh Feta Dip

My most favorite thing about this time of year are all of the delicious appetizers and dips at all the holiday parties and this Fresh Feta Dip is a good one!!

I threw this one together for a get together with a few friends and it was a huge hit.

If you are looking for a light, healthy, delicious, and easy dip, then this is definitely a recipe you need to try.

It is full of flavor and you can put it on just about anything.

What else could I dip in my Feta Dip?

Must be a texture thing, but I am not sure. I love all carbs, so I don’t complain, I just devour.

Ingredients

• ▢ ½ green pepper
• ▢ ⅔ cup chopped spinach
• ▢ 3 Roma tomatoes
• ▢ 1 avocado
• ▢ ¼ cup olive oil
• ▢ 8 ounces feta cheese
• ▢ 2 teaspoons garlic salt

Equipment

• Mixing Bowl
• Spoon (Wooden)

Instructions

1. Chop Green Pepper, Spinach, tomatoes, and avocado. Place chopped ingredients in mixing bowl and add olive oil, feta cheese, and Garlic Salt.
2. Fold ingredients together until well mixed. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

• We love this with baguettes or Ritz Crackers.
