Did I miss something? Is there honey in it?
I agree – it needs honey to acquire that title!
I am so sorry! We have fixed it! 🙂 Thanks for letting us know!
Would it be good to marinate the chops in it for a while?
That would just add to the yumminess!!
At what temp/how long would i bake or broil these? or pan fry?
Just made the sauce and I’m using it as a marinade. One batch made enough to marinate 8 boneless pork chops. I put 4 in a baggie in the fridge for tomorrow night and I froze the other 4 in a baggie for whenever. Will just defrost a day or so before I want to use. Fast and easy!! Can’t wait to see how it comes out! Thank you for all of these great recipies!
By the way, I love garlic so I used 6 cloves, especially since I split the sauce in half.
I just tried these on the grill on my stove. I mixed all the ingredients and tasted it before I put it on the pork chops. Was good but I thought it needed a little extra something! So I added a little more soy sauce and about 1/2 cup of brown sugar which gave it a little sweetness! Taste was great but they were a little tough. I’ve got them baking in the oven for a little while to see if that will make them a little more tender. Next time I will probably bake them first and then put them on the grill. Thanks for the recipe……I love trying new stuff! 🙂
This sounds yummy but the only ingredients I see listed are the salt and pepper. In the directions I see honey, ketchup, soy sauce and garlic, but the amount aren’t listed. 🙁 I’ll have to play around and see what I can do.
Has anyone ever tried this on chicken? Sounds delicious but I am out of pork chops. I think I might try it out tonight!
Love these chops! Great flavor, quick grilling. Perfect for a weeknight summer supper.
