15 Hawaiian slider rolls like a sandwich, cut in half
2 cups of shredded Mozzarella
4-5 roma tomatoes sliced into 15 slices
15-20 fresh basil leaves
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a large baking dish sprayed with non-stick spray, place the bottom halves of the rolls into the dish. Add Balsamic Vinegar and spread it evenly over the rolls. Add shredded mozzarella to each roll then a slice of tomato, then 1-2 basil leaves depending on size. Place the tops of the rolls on top.
Cover the baking dish with foil, then place into oven. Cook for 10 minutes. Carefully remove foil and place back into oven for 3-5 minutes, or until tops are lightly toasted.
Use a spatula to remove the sliders and serve immediately.
