Chicken and Pear Quinoa Salad


With this spring weather I can’t help but crave fresh and healthy food. We threw together this Chicken and Pear Quinoa Salad for lunch and knew we had to share it! The flavors blend together perfectly, and you can use any dressing you want, making this healthy lunch option just about the most delicious thing you’ll ever eat. Feel free to add any of your favorite salad toppings, and enjoy!

  • 1 (10 oz) Package of Baby Spinach
  • 3/4 Cup Uncooked Quinoa
  • 2/3 Cup Dried Cranberries
  • 2/3 Cup Honey Roasted Sliced Almonds
  • 2 Pears, Chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons of Feta Cheese
  • 3 Medium Chicken Breasts (cooked and chopped)- We love Tyson's Grilled and Ready Chicken for an easy substitute!
  • Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing (Or your favorite salad dressing!)


  1. Cook quinoa according to directions.
  2. In a bowl, toss together spinach, cranberries, almonds, pears, chicken, feta cheese, and quinoa.
  3. Serve with your favorite dressing and enjoy! We love Private Selections Lite Raspberry Vinaigrette with ours.
