Anyway – in preparation for my wedding I’ve been doing a lot of crazy workouts and trying to eat better (only 23 more days!). This recipe has helped curb my chocolate cravings – and I can eat it without feeling so guilty!
1/2 cup of skim milk
1/2 cup of dark chocolate chips, melted (I used Hershey’s)
1 cup of raspberries (I used fresh, but you could use frozen)
6 oz of non-fat, plain greek yogurt
10-15 ice cubes (to thicken it up)
Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. You can top it with additional raspberries or my favorite – fat free whipped topping.
