Spinach Pretzel Salad

This Spinach Pretzel Salad is the perfect light lunch or side dish to any meal. It is full of flavor, with just the right amount of crunch. It is so versatile, and can be paired with many different dressings, and toppings. Healthy eating never tasted so good. You will love this salad, it is the best.

I have been trying so hard to incorporate more vegetables into my meals. Spinach salads are my current obsession, and I have been trying every combination of add-ins you could imagine into my salads.

This is by far my favorite combination. It only takes a few minutes to put together. It’s so delicious I forget I’m actually eating something healthy.

how do i make homemade poppyseed dressing?

I love salad dressing. I honestly need more salad, for the amount of dressing I put on my salads.

I don’t think I could choke down a salad without dressing on it. It probably makes my salad as healthy as a deep fried food, but I still feel good about it.

If you  have never tried homemade poppyseed dressing, you need to stop what you are doing, and make some.

We have an amazing poppyseed salad dressing recipe on our blog. It’s from our Spring Salad recipe, and has the most amazing flavor.

It has a small hint of lemon and it is delicious. Click, here, for the recipe.

If you are a little iffy on using bacon in the salad, you could easily replace it. I also like to use turkey or small ham slices in this recipe.

I also highly recommend using turkey bacon, in place of regular bacon, because it is more crisp, and brings a better texture to the salad.
