It is cold and creamy a perfect summer dessert. But let’s be honest, I would eat this in the middle of winter, during a snow storm.
what could i use instead of blueberries?
I love blueberry cheesecake, but I get it’s not everyones favorite. If you are looking for some alternative toppings, here is what I recommend:
-Chocolate and Caramel Drizzle
-Cherry Pie Filling
-Fresh Strawberries
-Fresh Peaches and Raspberries
-Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups
-Oreos (You could also us an Oreo crust)
-Plain (still tastes delicious as is)
how to make homemade whipped cream:
If you don’t have cool whip in your store, or don’t like the taste, you could easily make your own.
It only requires two simple ingredients and comes together in a matter of minutes. Here is how you make it:
-In a chilled metal bowl (it doesn’t necessarily have to be metal, but I feel like it keeps it a little cooler) combine 2 cups of heavy whipping cream and two tablespoons of sugar.
-Using an electric mixer, (I used a hand mixer) combine the ingredients until fully incorporated, and the whipped topping, forms peaks.
-Store in fridge until ready to serve, or use in recipe.

Yum, this recipe look sooo good:) I am holding a recipe exchange on my blog and would love for you to share a recipe there. I am now following you too and I discovered you on the Boost my Blog Friday blog hop:) Hope you share a recipe:)
Oooooh yum! Here I am, planning to make an actual baked cheesecake tomorrow, and now I’m rethinking my plan… 😉
Ooh, this looks delicious! Cheesecake is one of my favorites, I will have to try this recipe next time.
You know that’s how my parents got married, right? My dad always says he married my mom for her blue eyes and blueberry cheesecake! She winks and says “I only made the easy kind- and he was still impressed!” Thanks to Gma A on both counts! 😉
I recently made this recipe (baked my own crust though) and it was amazing. I love cheesecake and this was definitely fluffy with a lot of good flavor. My son and I are the only ones who like cheesecake, so… needless to say who ate it all. Thanks for sharing.
love love this. its so simple and i am a crazy fan of cheeese cake!!! i m so going to make one!! btw i pin this.
I love this! A cheesecake that needs no oven!! yum!
Making this today, along with no bake lemon bars… lemon bars are to be refridgerated overnight…(cooks.com receipe) a friend said delicious…. now,i am assuming it is also ok refridgerate this cheesecake, and do toppings tomm..i chose cherry,a family favorite over blueberry…excited to do both,as i research non bake receipes for a family gathering, and i am doing the desserts.and no oven in this weather..or store bought..haahha
Can you tell me what is cool whip please . I don’t think it is obtainable in Australia . Would you know the equivelant for our country. Thankyou …
It’s a non dairy whipped topping found in the freezer section.
Maureen, it’s whipped cream; we don’t have Cool Whip in the UK either so I just made my own, which added about 5 minutes to the prep time (and tasted much better than cool whip would have – disgusting stuff IMHO); also made the crust with digestive biscuits and melted butter, added another 5+ minutes. Delish!
