I have always wanted to try monster cookies because of all the good stuff they are filled with! My mom gave me this recipe and it didn’t disappoint. They were crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. They were absolutely perfect in my book! I wish I would have tried them sooner!

These look great! I love cookies that are crisp on the outside and chewy in the middle 🙂
cookies that are thick and chewy are the BEST! these do look GOOD
I LOVE all your guys’ recipes- thanks for not being stingy with them and publishing them for the rest of us mom’s. So far every single recipe is spot on, family loves it, it’s easy, and it always comes out just like your pics. Just tried this one and it is another hit! thanks again
A little to doughie inside for me so just baked a minute or two longer, love the recipe!
These are great cookies!! I used whole wheat flour and it was really tough and thick dough, but they cooked up so deliciously. I brought in a bag to work too to share and everyone is raving. Great recipe! Love the butterscotch chips!
Something is wrong with this recipe. So dry. 1/2c butter? Maybe should be 1c. I added only 3 cups of oats and it was still very dry
