My mom gave me this recipe and it didn’t disappoint. These Monster Cookies were crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. They were absolutely perfect in my book! I wish I would have tried them sooner!

Ingredients

peanut butter (creamy)

butter

softened

brown sugar

packed

sugar

eggs

Teaspoons
baking soda

teaspoon
vanilla extract

old fashioned oats

cups
all-purpose flour

cup
M&M's
1
cup
butterscotch chips

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
In a large bowl, cream together peanut butter, butter, brown sugar and sugar.
Add eggs one at a time and beat well after each one.
Add baking soda and vanilla.
Add oats and flour.
Fold in M&M's and butterscotch chips.
Shape 1/4 cupfuls into balls. Place on greased baking sheets.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
