Would you follow the instructions the same way if you were going to do this in a cast-iron skillet?
You could definitely cook this in the skillet. You’ll need to watch it closely where it’s different than the grill. Just be sure the center of the fish is flaky and cooked all the way through. Continue basting the fish with the spice mixture with every flip of the fish.
