Lion House Restaurant-Style Cheesecake

My husband LOVES cheesecake!  One of our favorite restaurants is the Lion House Pantry in Salt Lake City.  Every time we eat there, we make sure to order their delicious cheesecake.  My friend gave me a copycat recipe for the Lion House Cheesecake and I just had to try it!  It was amazing!

    • We haven't made them this recipe into mini cheesecakes. But we have a lot of mini cheesecakes on our blog that are similar and you could get an idea on how long they bake.
