Easy is my go-to on weeknights especially since I work a 13 hour day on Monday and want to crash when Tuesday evening rolls around. This is the perfect mint chip fix and easy St. Patty's Day recipe. I need this in my life. <3

What do you do with the condensed milk?
-
This looks so great!
-
Yes, what do you do with the condensed milk? Looks like an amazing "go-to" recipe!
-
This looks SO good. Do you recommend eating this pie straight out of the freezer? And if there are leftovers (which might be ridiculous because this recipe looks so delicious!) do you return the pie to the freezer?

What are grasshoppers cookies?
-
They are a chocolate/mint cookies. I believe that both Keebler and Oreos have that combination in a cook. They are delicious.
-
Grasshopper cookies are basically a chocolate/mint combination. Like Thin Mints. Oreo has some out, not called grasshopper, must mint. And Keebler actually puts one out that are called Grasshopper.

Thank you for your quick reply. These sound Wonderfull. . . I will be making them tomorrow.

I made this for a desert auction for my church, I tried it out a week earlier to see how it went. It was so yummy and a huge hit with my family and my small group. SO easy to make and so yummy. I couldnt find oreo crust but used a chocolate crust it was still great! Deffinatly reccomend this to anyone!

Are the cookies folded into the pie totally crushed like crumbs or chunks of cookie? Hard to tell from picture. I see on top it is both crumbs and chunks

EASY meets DELICIOUS with this recipe! I had to add extra green food coloring to give it that minty St. Pats look! My family loved this recipe, and I will make it every March (or when the crave for mint and chocolate comes up)!!

This was pretty good--not too sweet, and not quite too rich (we find cheesecake too rich). I used extra cookies which I food processed, and added some mini oreos which I had hand crushed so there were some larger chunks of those in there (yum!). I didn't find it very minty as I was mixing it, so I added a few drops of mint extract which helped but I think next time I'll add even more. Other than that, I just didn't have any food coloring so ours stayed white. ;) Definitely saving this recipe!
