My husband and I love the show Modern Family. We were watching some old episodes recently and they were talking about wedge salads. I asked my husband what a wedge salad was and he didn’t know any more than I did (I’m not much of a salad person. haha!). We decided we better give it a whirl! It was absolutely delicious and so easy to make!

My daughter and I love the wedge! We also drizzle a good aged balsamic over it. Delish!
It’s wrong to just eat the blue cheese right off the spoon, right?? LOL
I love salads and blue cheese. I should try this out soon.
Also inspired by “Modern Family” (coming from Germany I first thought they were speaking about potatoe wedges…). Love it!
Ha, that episode was on within the last week and I, too, had no idea what a wedge salad was until I saw this on Pinterest and thought I’d pop over to learn what it is!
I made these for several parties this weekend and they were a huge hit. I’m sharing a link to your recipe on my blog this morning. 🙂
