Last year, I saved up all my money to by my husband a really nice grill for Father’s Day. When we decided to move and remodel our home we were living between both homes and things were just crazy! When it got to the point that we could move our belongings to our current home, we were so burned out that we just left the grill behind. I can’t tell you how much I miss it! I love anything and everything that comes off a grill! In hopes to convince my husband that we need a new grill, I whipped up these pork chops. Even without a grill, they were absolutely delicious! 🙂
