I love juicy, tender meat. My one draw back with making pork chops is that they always seem to come out dry! Growing up we loved them with applesauce. Applesauce and pork always go well together.
These Italian Breaded Pork Chops are seared before baking, so all the juices are sealed inside! They are so tender and moist.

These look so good!! I’m wondering if I can recreate it using almond meal/flour since I’m not supposed to be eating bread. I’m going to give it a try.
this isn’t smores kiss cookies I think you posted the wrong picture
Thank you for the nice recipe. Have a Great Day!
what happened to the smore kiss cookie??
Yummy!
If you are avoiding bread because of gluten, I have found that crushed cornflakes works AMAZING for this sort of thing. You could add some Italian seasoning to them to add more flavor, since the recipe calls for seasoned bread crumbs.
I love breaded pork chops and yours definitely sounds like a winner. Thanks for sharing 🙂
I made this earlier this week as well and it was the best stinkin’ pork chops ever!!!! They were juicy and delicious, just the way my husband and I like them.
