My hometown is Buffalo NY. In our family we use only Blue Cheese dressing And I add chopped celery to the Dip. I mix everything together in one big bowl and we serve with Scoops. We make it year round.

I use ranch dressing and about half a cup of blue cheese crumbles mixed in and I cover with cheddar cheese before I bake it. This is one of our favorite dips.

I'm chuckling at some of the comments...this is one dip that certain people ONLY want made the way they are used to eating it.

Maybe you can list the calories per tablespoon. That would really help. Thanks!
