Reese’s Brownies

Peanut Butter and Chocolate are a match made in heaven to me! These are so amazing and delicious . . . if you love Reese's, then you will love these!

Reese's Brownies
Ingredients:
1 cup butter, melted
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup cocoa
2 Tbsp vanilla
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 cups flour
1 cup peanut butter

Combine melted butter and cocoa, add sugar, then eggs. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bake in glass 9x13" pan at 350 degrees for 22-25 minutes.

Frosting:
1/4 cup butter, softened
4 oz cream cheese
3-4 Tbsp whipping cream
1/4 cup cocoa
1 Tbsp water
Approx 1 lb powdered sugar

Beat butter, whipping cream, water, and cream cheese in a bowl on medium speed until fluffy. Gradually beat in cocoa and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread over cooled brownies.

Topping:
3/4 cup salted peanuts, chopped
1/2 bag small Reese's peanut butter cups, quartered
3/4 cup Peanut Butter chips

Sprinkle evenly over frosted brownies. Enjoy! :)

      Sorry it’s taking so long. We’ve been making these for years and it’s usually 25 minutes to cook. They are a fudgy brownie. 50 minutes would be way too long in our oven. Hope all goes well with them. -The Six Sisters

    Just made these and they are incredibly delicious!! I followed the recipe word for word, baked 25 min and they are the perfect fudge-like brownie! I highly recommend! So yummy!!

    Made these brownies this past weekend for a party and they were a hit! Will definitely be making these again. Did have to bake for 30 min vs the 22-25 to that they were more set uo instead of gooey; I normally only need to bake at the minimum time given.

      The whipping cream is right by the milk in the dairy section. Comes in a little carton. Where you need so little, we’re sure milk would work too. It’s not quite as thick and rich. Hope this helps! -The Six Sisters
