Between New Year’s resolutions to eat healthier, a Biggest Loser competition at my husband’s work and my pregnant body craving chocolaty goodness, brownies have never been craved more around here!
I decided to go a less fattening route if I was going to make brownies and these hit the spot! They weren’t as sweet as your regular brownie but you definitely don’t feel nearly as guilty about eating one… or a few!

Oh, I love this, low fat dessert! Perfect!
Thanks for the recipe! We definitely love want to start eating healthier and DEFINITELY love our sweets around here. This will be a perfect night time treat! 🙂
These look fudgy and delicious. I am on the hunt for good dessert recipes for my husband, who does WW. This is perfect!
I used light margarine since I’m off dairy at the moment and baked them in a mini muffin pan with liners. Nice little bite og chocolate to help with cravings. 🙂
This looks so perfect, I just printed it off!!! My little boy can’t have wheat so I’ll have to modify it, but I think it will be easy since it only has 1/2 C flour. Thanks for the recipe 🙂
These look delicious! Just pinned them!
Thanks for sharing this. Trying to lose 85 lbs and every little bit will help:)
These look great and I love that it’s low fat and weight watchers!
Thanks so much for a delicious recipe and for calculating the points plus values!! (Shared on my blog here: http://seektobemerry.blogspot.com/2012/05/hump-day-distractions-beach-bum-ed.html)
Wish me luck…I just quadrupled this recipe so I could feed 2 families this for dessert tonight. Not sure how long to bake them now. LOL I’m starting out at the 20 mins and adding 5 mins after that then checking & so on. It went into a 9×13 real well. They smell so good!
Just made these with coconut oil instead of margarine. Whoa, baby…so good!
Cannot do nuts, What would the point value be without the nuts?
Not sure. The recipe only calls for 2 Tablespoons. So however many points 2 Tablespoons of walnuts equals.
Just made these but subbed with brown sugar, wheat flour, and applesauce for the oil.. Still delish
For me this recipe was a complete disappointment. It was very dry and tasted more like cake. I am still on the hunt for a decent egg free brownie recipe.
I found this recipe on Pinterest this morning as I was having a major chocolate craving. I didn’t want loaded brownies, just a simple, quick & healthier version. WOW! My husband & I love them! Perfect fix for the craving & I don’t feel guilty OR like I have to eat more than one. I used vanilla Greek yogurt instead of butter & vanilla ,and half of the sugar. Thanks ladies!
They all look yummy!!!!!! I am always on the look out for another Brownie recipe so now the question is which one to try. Thanks for sharing!!!!!

How many points is 1 bar
Hi ! I am extremely new to this site – like 5 minutes new. I am looking for a good brownie recipe to make for my mum. But she’s on a diet. I can’t find how many weight watchers points per brownie and the nutritional bar thingy isn’t really helping. Please can I find how many WW points are per slice / brownie?
Please list the points so those of us on weight watchers can try & enjoy…Thanks
I went to the “get Nutrition” page and couldn’t find the points on it either. Could you please tell us what the WW points are for 1 piece? Thanks!
I had high hopes for these brownies but unfortunately they were extremely dry.
