Slow Cooker French Onion Meatball Recipe

This is the easiest and yummiest meatball recipe you will ever make. Even if you are not a big meatball fan, these Slow Cooker French Onion Meatball Sliders are amazing. You can also poke toothpicks in them and serve as a party appetizer.

  • 1 (24 ounce) package frozen Italian Style Meatballs
  • 2 (10.5 ounce) cans French Onion Soup
  • 1 (12 count) Hawaiian Dinner Rolls


  1. Spray slow cooker with non stick cooking spray.
  2. Place frozen meatballs in the slow cooker.
  3. Pour both cans of soup over the meatballs.
  4. Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
  5. Serve on Hawaiian rolls.

I swear that the month of December used to DRAG on forever when I was younger . . . and now, it FLIES by! I am kind of stressing out at all I still have to do, so dinner is quick and easy each night. My mom gave me this recipe and it is definitely a keeper! Even my husband, who says he doesn’t like meatballs, devoured it!
The best part about it- it only takes 5 minutes of prep work and has 2 ingredients! Gotta love your slow cooker!

These make a great appetizer (poke some toothpicks in and you are good to go!) or we love to eat them on little rolls like sliders. My kids love that they are “kid-sized”.
