Skinny Cinnamon Peanut Butter Dip

This apple dip is seriously so easy to make it’s ridiculous. You probably already have all the ingredients, and the best part is… it tastes amazing. Just four simple ingredients, perfect for all your apples that are falling off your trees. Not to mention… this apple dip has no added sugar so it’s healthy and tastes like a dessert!

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey
  • cinnamon to taste


  1. In a small bowl, add peanut butter, Greek yogurt, and honey in a bowl.
  2. Add cinnamon to the mixture for taste.
  3. Garnish with cinnamon.
  4. Serve with your favorite apples (I like gala and granny smith).
