Rolo Stuffed Snickerdoodles? No way! That sounds just too dang good!
What do you do with the last 2 ingredients: cinnamon and sugar?
Going to make these today. Am assuming the roll the ball of dough in the sugar/cinnamon mixture! Thanks for another awesome recipe. My grandson just got married a few months ago and I ordered a copy of your new recipe book to send to his wife as a little ‘welcome to the family’ gift. She said she had gotten two of your cookbooks for her wedding but not the new one! Good call on my part!!!
You forgot to tell readers to roll the dough in sugar and cinnamon. You have it in your list of ingredients but never told what to do with it.
I made these this week. So tasty! The directions above didn’t really say what to do with the sugar and cinnamon at the end of the recipe, but I figured it out. 😉 I also blogged about this recipe: http://tastequests.com/2015/12/rolo-stuffed-snickerdoodles/
I made these last night and was told “Do not lose that recipe”. I was a little worried they would be hard the next day but they’re perfect.
