Layered Green Salad Recipe
A delicious salad with a simple homemade dressing that everyone will love!

Ingredients
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, (chopped)
- 2 cups baby spinach
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 10 eggs (hard boiled and diced)
- 1 pound bacon (cooked and crumbled)
- 4 tomatoes (diced)
- 1 bunch green onions (thinly sliced)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (10 ounce) bag frozen peas (thawed)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 Tablespoons sugar

Instructions
- In a large glass bowl, layer salad ingredients in order listed above.
- Combine dressing ingredients in a separate bowl and whisk together until combined.
- Pour over the top of the peas and spread to cover.
- Cover and refrigerate for up to 8 hours.
