This photo has my mouth watering!
I bet Frozen would work just fine! It might be a little more gooey… but gooey is GOOD! Let me know how it turns out!
This recipe sounds so good right now! I am going to have to give this a whirl! Thank you! Fragrance Oils
This looks delicious and perfect for summer! Found you on Ducks n’a Row!
I made this last night to the t on the recipe it did not look like the picture the cake baked up the middle didn’t it Yates good so next time I would maybe mix it all together
Christine, it’s suppose to be gooey in the middle, because it’s like a gooey butter cake. It should be a little firm, but still gooey. I can’t wait to try this and see if it works with all the blueberrie that I froze this summer.
I love, love, love fresh blueberries and baking. I’m going to use frozen berries and going to make this for my Mom. Also, I will serve it with vanilla ice cream. Thanks for the recipe.
Thank you so much for this recipe! I made it with a few less dried blueberries and added a small handful of fresh blueberries. Delicious!
Hi! I love this recipe but would like to make it with fresh blueberries instead of dried blueberries. Do you think it would work?
Thanks!

The recipe called for dried blueberries and so we just followed those directions. Fresh blueberries might make it soggy or could cause some bleeding in the cake part turning it blue.
It looks like there’s some kind of glaze or icing on top. But, I don’t see it in the recipe.
No, there isn’t a glaze or icing. It is just gooey and delicious! 🙂
This was delicious! I didn’t have a yellow cake mix, so I used lemon. I also didn’t have dried blueberries, so I used frozen blueberries. Turned out perfect! Everyone was raving.
Can I make this with any other fruit other than blueberries? Not a huge fan of them.
We used the dried blueberries in this recipe, so I’m sure you could use any dried fruit in place of the blueberries.
