Get Your Workout On! {Arm Toning Exercises}

I found this video on You Tube and I really liked how easy it was! These are great exercises to tone those arms and would be great to do at the gym or at home. I repeated all these exercises 3 times and I was DYING by the last set.

I heard Jillian Michaels once say that our arms are the only body part that the world will see naked, so we should have them looking their best! 🙂
