- 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips

Thats it! I am trying these today! Did you read my mind or something? I have been craving cookies- but about 20 mins. ago I said, maybe I will just make brownies (so much easier)- and waaa-laaa… you just gave me the perfect solution to my problem! Off I go! Thanks Ladies!
yum! Erica
Cookies with a brownie mix! I’m in heaven. I like making cookies with cake mixes since it’s so easy, but I LOVE brownies. This sounds like a gazillion times better. I would really love it if you stopped by my March Link Party to share these. http://acraftycook.blogspot.com/2012/03/1-month-of-fun-march-link-party.html
Yummo! These are seriously addictive and I’ll be making them again:) Thanks so much for posting!!
This sounds pretty yummy but I usually only have one kind of brownie mix on hand. Would this work with Ghirardelli Triple Chocolate Brownie mix??? (and forgo the extra choco. chips, of course)
This should work great with that brownie mix.
I used mint chocolate chips. It was a good choice, they were delicious!
I am definitely going to give these a try! I recently posted a recipe for brownie cookies that are similar to this, but a bit chewy looking, which is most likely because they are made a little differently. Nonetheless, they are my favorite. Can’t wait to try these and see if they take the cake!
I was looking for a cookie I could top with caramels for a party and these are perfect! Are these chewy or crispy? If they’re crispy what can I do to make then more chewy?
These cookies are chewy and soft.
