I can only eat so much yogurt until I don’t want to eat for a long, long time! I know it’s a great source of protein and calcium (especially greek yogurt!), which I definitely need more of. I try sneaking it into my morning smoothies and that helps, but my friend made me this yogurt bark to snack on and I fell in love!
