Growing up my grandmother used to make this for every family and church function. Sometimes she would add marshmallows (the colored ones). This is really good!
My grandmother has been making this for generations. It is really good. She doesn’t use bananas in hers and adds chopped walnuts. I love the texture the walnuts lend to it.
I make a similar salad, but I use the sugar-free Jell-O. You can’t taste any difference, but the calorie count is different.
Diggin? this! Pinned 🙂
My mother used to make this years ago, and now I make it with low fat and sugar free items and it tastes just as good. Thank you for reviving this recipe. Love it.
