What is in the “jerk seasoning” or where can I find it? I would love to try this. I have made something similar but with store bought seasoning marinade and I would like to make my own without all the preservatives in it.
Thank you
There are a lot of jerk seasonings in the market. Etons, walkerswood…all are very good. And Jamaicans. There are lots of recipes for Jamaican jerk, you could say every household has it’s own.
