As you know, we are all Disney fanatics. My Mom loves everything about Disney and it got passed on to all the sisters.
When we go to Disneyland I love to try out different restaurants and new food. When I found out that Disney used to make a Smore’s Bake, I knew I had to give it a try.
It was one of the best desserts I have ever eaten. The combination of the thick and dense brownie, topped with a sweet marshmallow cream, and topped with graham crackers, is the best combination.
Caution: This Smore’s bake is gooey, and addicting. Once you start, it is hard to stop.
be sure to try our copycat disneyland peanut butter cookies. They are soft and chewy and a disney favorite!
how do these serve, when cold?
We prefer to eat these warm. They taste so much better, like a hot s’more that you just pulled from the fire. However, if you need to switch it up, or make them ahead of time, they still are delicious when cooled.
I don’t think I would refrigerate mine, because it might mess with the marshmallow middle, texture, but keeping them at room temperature for a day or two would be just fine.
I don’t think they will last much longer than that. I have also heated mine up in the microwave before eating it again, and it was delicious. Tasted like it was fresh out of the oven.

Looking to plan your next Disney vacation? We have found the best deals through Get Away Today. You can even set up a layaway plan so that you don’t have to pay for it all at once. Their hotel and park hopper package prices are the cheapest (and nicest!) we have ever seen!

How are these after they cool down? There’s no way we could eat an entire pan while they’re still warm! Tell your mom to get a Visa Disney card. They pay a % in Disney dollars for every dollar you charge. I use mine for everything (make sure you always pay the full balance when the invoice comes in!). Right now, I have accumulated $150+ to use when we go to Disneyworld! Or you can spend it at the Disney store and in a couple of stores in Downtown Disney! And for any $25 or $50 total purchase (I can’t remember right now which it is) that you make and charge while you’re in Disneyworld, you get a 25% discount! I love being paid to use it!
This looks amazing! Thanks!
Yum! Can’t wait to try! Never saw this the one time we were at Disneyland. Ahh, used to make – that’s the key.
I am a Disney fanatic and somehow missed this one! I guess I will have to try this one at home. Sounds so delicious and addicting! Can’t wait!
OMG These look amazing! I want to run to the store immediately to get the ingredients.
These are delicious warm. They are fine after they cool down too! Thanks for the info on the Visa Disney Card. I need to look into it! Have a terrific week!
