Cheesy Spinach Artichoke Quesadillas Recipe
Your favorite flavors all combined into the best tasting quesadilla of all time! Cheesy Spinach Artichoke Quesadillas!

Ingredients
- ½ Tablespoon olive oil
- 8 ounces Artichoke Hearts, chopped (1 jar)
- ½ teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 bag baby spinach
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1½ cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 8 flour tortillas
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in saucepan over medium heat.
- Place chopped artichoke and garlic salt in pan and cook for 1 minute.
- Add spinach and cook, stirring constantly until spinach has shrunk completely.
- Add cream cheese, Mozzarella, Parmesan, and Feta cheese and stir until completely melted.
- Spread 1/4 cup of mixture over one tortilla, and top with another tortilla.
- If you'd like to make your tortillas more crispy, heat the quesadilla over medium heat in a skillet.
- Cut, serve, and enjoy!
