Hi there! Love your site and recipes. Could you check the measurements on this? I made it and put it in the refrigerator overnight, but it never set up. It’s more of a spreadable consistency. I’ll make some cookies today and use it as filling (it’s delicious!) so it won’t go to waste, but it’s not firm enough to cut. I’m thinking 1 cup of cream may be too much? Thanks!
