As always, we keep like to keep things as simple as possible over here. While these are “healthy” recipes, they’re all picky-eater/kid-approved. As busy moms, friends, wives, and business owners, we know how important it is to make food that is not only healthy and fast, but delicious, too.
We wanted that to apply to every time of day, too. That’s why we split this book into sections: Breakfast, Lunch, Main Dishes, Side Dishes, and Snacks/Desserts.
These are recipes that ANY skill level can make – whether you’re a beginner or pro in the kitchen.
