Sweet and Salty M&M Pretzel Cookies Recipe
These cookies are sure to fill every craving. It’s the perfect cookie when you can’t decide if you want something sweet or something a little salty!

Ingredients
- 1 cup margarine, softened (or butter)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2¾ cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups mini pretzels, (broken into small pieces, pretzel sticks work too)
- 1½ cups flaked coconut
- 1½ cups milk chocolate M&M's
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
- Add in flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Then stir in pretzel pieces, coconut, and M&M's. Shape 1/4 cupfuls of dough into balls.
- Bake 12-14 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly and then transfer to cooling rack to finish cooling.

is there anyway i can make these without the coconut ?
You can easily leave out the coconut. If it seems to gooey, just add a little more flour.
Can you use butter instead of margarine?
Yes, you can use butter too.
