
This lemon garlic shrimp is packed with flavor and is so easy to make. I have always been a little intimidated by seafood. We didn’t grow up eating it very much, and I can be a little picky about it having too much of a fishy flavor. My husband loves shrimp, so I thought I would surprise him and throw together this quick and easy shrimp.

- Angel hair pasta
- Butter
- Garlic
- Shrimp
- Lemon juice
- Fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper (to taste, optional)

How to Make Lemon Garlic Shrimp
- Cook pasta according to package directions; set aside.
- Melt 2 Tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
- Add shrimp and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Cook shrimp, stirring occasionally for 5-6 minutes or until just pink.
- Add remaining 2 Tablespoons butter and lemon juice and cook for 2-3 more minutes, or until butter is melted and everything is well combined.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve over cooked pasta.
