I love fresh green beans. We are currently renting a home while we wait to move into our first home! I can’t wait to finally have a big enough yard that I can plant a garden and have more green beans than I know what to do with! Actually, I know exactly what I would do with all those green beans…I would make some more green bean fries! 🙂
I was a little hesitant to fry green beans, but they were absolutely divine!

I love fried green beans, I order these from Schwans and bake them.
..thank u six sisters you help me a lot,,i am a mom of four, and find it so easy to cook delicious dish for my sweetie..
Yum! I am pinning 🙂
Could you bake these instead of frying? What temp and time? I’m a terrible in the kitchen so any help would be appreciated 🙂
I think they would work if you baked them long enough so the outside coating is crunchy. Just watch them closely and check on them. I would heat the oven to 350 degrees. As far as how long to cook them, start with 20 minutes and then check them and see if the coating is starting to get crunchy. Hope this helps.
I love all your food. Your pictures always make me hungry. 🙂 Pinning this one for later.
Love the fried green beans !
Just to clarify, do we put the green beans back in the oil/ chicken broth mix or do we get a new pot of hot oil?
The vegetable oil and chicken broth were never in the same pan. While the beans are cooking in the chicken broth, be heating up the oil in a separate pan. Hope this seems clearer. 🙂 These are our favorite side dish!
Leprechaun Legs, how cute is that?!
I don’t like green beans, but these are SO GOOD in ranch. I love them!
