I hope you had a great 4th of July weekend! My family and I have officially been moved in for 4 weeks and were were able to find all kinds of fun things to do in Indiana! We had so much fun swimming, making our own bike parade, having a BBQ with friends, and then onto the fireworks! I really just love this time of year!

Thanks Lori!!!!
Was looking for an easy chicken dish to whip up tonight last minute and this was perfect! It came out really tasty, although the extra breadcrumb mixture that I added to the top ended up being too much so I had to scrape some off, but it still got used because it tasted really good mixed in with the rice and zucchini/squash that I made! Would definitely make this one again!
Looking for a chicken recipe that contained potatoes, hot sauce, onions and bacon. Can you help? Also garlic powder, olive oil, and paprika and cheese. Need the quantities for this, I remember the ingredients!
