I hope you are all having a wonderful Halloween! We are planning on taking my two boys trick-or-treating tonight and I think I am more excited than them! One of the perks of being a parent on Halloween is being able to sneak a few treats out of their stashes of candy. I will be heading straight for the Butterfingers as soon as they are in bed tonight! If you are like me, you will want to set a few Butterfingers aside to try this tasty popcorn recipe! But beware…this popcorn is so addicting!

This sounds yummy!! A great way to use the candy from Halloween !
I such a popcorn fan! We try to figure out all kinds of things to add to our popcorn! This looks fantastic!
I used my peanut butter popcorn recipe and then added the chopped butterfinger. So yummy. 1c. corn syrup, 1 c. sugar.. Bring to a FULL boil, then remove from heat immediately. Add 1 c. peanut butter and 1 tsp. vanilla. Stir until smooth. Mix into popcorn and butterfinger very very well. Lots of stirring here. Perfect for my mother-daughter she-read-the-book-so-she-gets-to-watch-the-movie Harry Potter night. Thanks.
How far in advance can you make and still have it taste good?
It doesn’t last long at our house! But it should be good for about 3-5 days in an airtight container.
