Notes
*I used a brownie mix for the brownie layer, but used my mom's homemade chocolate frosting recipe for the frosting. Here is that recipe if you want to make it:
1 stick margarine (1/2 cup), softened
1/4 cup milk
1-2 tsp vanilla (depending on your taste)
3 tablespoons of cocoa
2-3 cups of powdered sugar
Mix all together and spread on top of cooled cheesecake layer.
1 stick margarine (1/2 cup), softened
1/4 cup milk
1-2 tsp vanilla (depending on your taste)
3 tablespoons of cocoa
2-3 cups of powdered sugar
Mix all together and spread on top of cooled cheesecake layer.

My goodness. What is the age differance between all your sisters ?.You all look the same age and very beautifull.great brownie recipe also .I am a brownie aholic and always looking for a good brownie recipe.
I’ve been looking for this recipe! Do you think it’s ok if I double the cheesecake topping part?
You sound like a girl after our own hearts! We love lots of cream cheese topping and frosting! 🙂 The cheesecake topping part cooks with the brownie batter, so just make sure that they are all done cooking at the same time. Being doubled in thickness, it may not be cooked through as well. But if you cook it longer you run the risk of the brownies being overcooked. Maybe go for the happy medium. The cheesecake layer is thick anyway so it may still stand on it’s own. Let us know how it all turns out. We may be giving it a try too!!
