Ingredients

fresh cilantro

minced garlic

pinto beans

2 (15 ounce) cans, rinsed and drained

salsa

teaspoon
cumin

cup
shredded cheese

sour cream

Instructions
In a large skillet or saucepan, saute onion and cilantro in oil until tender.
Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer.
Stir in the beans, salsa, and cumin; heat through.
If desired, top warm beans with cheese and sour cream.
