  • 3 ounces cooked salmon
  • cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • croutons


  • 1 avocado
  • cup olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice fresh tastes best!
  • 1-2 Tablespoons water to get desired consistency


  • Half the cherry tomatoes and add in a bowl with the rest of the salad ingredients.
  • Place all of the ingredients for the dressing in a blender, blend until all combined and avocados completely blended.
  • If consistency is too thick, continue adding water until desire consistency is reached.
  • Drizzle over salad, top with croutons and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
