  • Baking Sheet


  • 6 red potatoes diced
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons honey
  • 1 Tablespoon dried onion
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  • Place diced potatoes on a foil-lined, greased baking sheet.
  • Drizzle the olive oil and honey over the potatoes.
  • Sprinkle the dried onion, dry mustard, salt, and pepper over top. Using your hands or a spatula, toss the potatoes until they are covered with the other ingredients.
  • Bake for 30 minutes until tender, stirring them every 10 minutes.
