Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Beat butter and peanut butter for 30 seconds. Add Truvia® Baking Blend, brown sugar, baking soda and baking powder. Beat until combined.
Beat in egg and vanilla until combined. Stir in flour. Fold in crushed Butterfinger pieces.
Roll into 1-inch balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 7-9 minutes, or until golden brown.
Notes
You can also substitute 1 1/2 cups sugar in place of the Truvia baking blend.
