Ingredients

  • ½ cup butter softened
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¾ cup Truvia Baking Blend
  • ½ cup light brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 ¼ cups flour
  • 4 (1.9 ounce) Butterfinger Candy Bars crushed

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 
  • Beat butter and peanut butter for 30 seconds.  Add Truvia® Baking Blend, brown sugar, baking soda and baking powder.  Beat until combined. 
  • Beat in egg and vanilla until combined.  Stir in flour.  Fold in crushed Butterfinger pieces. 
  • Roll into 1-inch balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  •  Bake for 7-9 minutes, or until golden brown.

Notes

You can also substitute 1 1/2 cups sugar in place of the Truvia baking blend.
