Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 Tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 Tablespoon cumin
  • 16 ounces  fat free Italian dressing

Instructions

  • Spray your crock pot with non stick cooking spray. Put your chicken on the bottom of your crock pot.
  • Sprinkle your chicken with the chili powder and cumin. Pour your dressing on top of the chicken.
  • Cook on low heat for 6 to 8 hours. When it is done cooking, shred your chicken. 
  • This chicken served on soft tortillas with sour cream and toppings is so delicious.
