- 8 cups Apple Cider or Apple Juice
- 1 cup caramel flavoring syrup (we used Torani)
- ¼ cup lemon juice
- 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 Tablespoon allspice
- Whipped Cream optional topping
- Caramel Syrup optional topping
Add apple cider, caramel flavor syrup, lemon juice, vanilla extract, cinnamon sticks, and allspice to the Instant Pot.
Place the lid on top and move the valve to SEALING (not venting).
Push the MANUAL or PRESSURE COOK button and set timer for 15 minutes.
When the timer is done, you can either do a QUICK RELEASE of the pressure or let the pressure NATURAL RELEASE on it's own (it can stay on warm as long as you need it to!).
Remove the lid, stir everything together, then remove the cinnamon sticks.
Pour into mugs or cups and top each serving with whipped cream and caramel syrup (if desired).
- Optional toppings are not included in nutritional information.
