Equipment

Ingredients

  • 8 cups Apple Cider or Apple Juice
  • 1 cup caramel flavoring syrup  (we used Torani)
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 3 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 Tablespoon allspice
  • Whipped Cream optional topping
  • Caramel Syrup optional topping

Instructions

  • Add apple cider, caramel flavor syrup, lemon juice, vanilla extract, cinnamon sticks, and allspice to the Instant Pot.
  • Place the lid on top and move the valve to SEALING (not venting).
  • Push the MANUAL or PRESSURE COOK button and set timer for 15 minutes.
  • When the timer is done, you can either do a QUICK RELEASE of the pressure or let the pressure NATURAL RELEASE on it's own (it can stay on warm as long as you need it to!).
  • Remove the lid, stir everything together, then remove the cinnamon sticks.
  • Pour into mugs or cups and top each serving with whipped cream and caramel syrup (if desired).

Notes

  • Optional toppings are not included in nutritional information.
