- 1 pound lean ground turkey
- ¼ onion diced
- 1 Tablespoon yellow mustard
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 Tablespoons ketchup
- 2 Tablespoons barbecue sauce
- 2 Tablespoons dill pickle relish
- 8 ounces Velveeta cheese (cut into small cubes)
- 6 hamburger buns
Brown 1 pound of ground turkey in a large skillet on the stovetop.
In a small bowl, mix together onion, mustard, garlic powder, ketchup, barbecue sauce, and pickle relish.
Place browned ground turkey in slow cooker and pour sauce mixture over top, along with the cheese. Mix gently to cover all the meat.
Cook on high for 2 hours, stirring half way through.
Serve on your favorite hamburger buns with your favorite condiments, and enjoy!
