PITA NACHOS RECIPE

- 2 (6 inch) whole-wheat pitas
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- ½ cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup pico de gallo
Split two whole-wheat 6 inch pitas into six triangles each.
Brush with olive oil and bake at 350 degrees on a cookie sheet for 5 minutes (or until crispy).
Remove from oven and top each with a pinch of mozzarella cheese and a small spoon of pico de gallo.
Bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, until cheese has melted. Serve warm.
