Baked Portobello Mushroom Fries Recipe
I am a huge french fry girl, but once I tried these Baked Portobello Mushroom Fries, I just may never go back to the original french fry recipe. They are so easy to make and full of flavor.

- 4 Large Portobello mushroom tops gills removed, sliced 1/4" thick
- 3 eggs lightly beaten
- 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease a 9x13" baking pan.
In a small bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, cheese and garlic salt.
Dredge each mushroom slice in the beaten eggs, and then in the bread crumb mixture. Place each slice in the baking pan.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, until they start to turn golden brown.
