- 1 pound ground turkey or beef
- 43.5 ounces diced tomatoes 3 (14.5 ounce) cans, undrained
- 15 ounces pinto beans 1 can, rinsed and drained
- 15 ounces black beans 1 can, rinsed and drained
- 15 ounces corn 1 can, undrained
- 1 ounce ranch dressing mix 1 packet
- 1.25 ounces taco seasoning 1 packet
- Tortilla Strips for garnish
- Sour Cream for garnish
In a large pot, brown meat and drain.
Add tomatoes, pinto beans, black beans, corn, ranch dressing mix, and taco seasoning.
Simmer on low heat for 20-30 minutes or until heated through.
