Instructions
Cook biscuits according to package directions.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs and pour into a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir eggs until cooked. Remove from heat.
Cook turkey sausage in a pan over medium heat, until cooked through (or 165°F).
Cut biscuits in half, and fill with a slice of turkey sausage, scrambled eggs and half a slice of cheese.
Serve immediately.
Notes
To give this recipe an added punch of flavor, you can try any one or all of these suggestions:
Brush a melted butter mixture on the tops of the rolls.
Use the Hawaiian rolls or biscuits to make Hawaiian roll breakfast sliders.
Switch the melty cheese for your favorite flavor: Provolone cheese, Colby jack cheese, American cheese.
Sprinkle on everything bagel seasoning.
Drizzle a little maple syrup on the sausage or on the bottom half of the rolls for a maple glaze.
