This Strawberry Poppyseed Pasta Salad is so easy to make, and full of amazing fruity and savory flavor. Makes the perfect side dish, for any occasion.

Ingredients
16
ounces
bowtie pasta
¾
cup
creamy poppyseed dressing
¾
cup
light mayonnaise
4
green onions
,
sliced
1
(11 ounce) can
mandarin oranges
,
drained
2
cups
fresh strawberries
,
sliced
Instructions
Cook pasta as directed on package; drain and set aside until cool.
Mix poppyseed dressing and mayonnaise in a large mixing bowl. Add in cooled pasta and onions and mix gently until evenly coated.
Fold in oranges and sliced strawberries.
Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
Here are a few vegetables that we like to add in:
cucumbers
bell peppers
zucchini
carrot shreds
broccoli bits (finely chopped broccoli. I don’t add a lot, but I do love the taste of it, in this salad).
